PWNA is adding online classes and certifications regularly.  Login to your PWNA profile in order to access online courses and pricing.

Log in and go to the Training Dashboard and enroll your employees in the classes.

  • How do I renew my membership?
    All memberships should be on auto renew. If you need to change or add a new card for auto renewal, please call the office at 800-393-7962.
  • What is the difference between Contractor and Enterprise membership?
    The big difference between the two is: Enterprise Membership includes all online classes for you and your employees at one location. Contractor Membership all classes are purchased individually per employee. Click to see all membership details. Click to see member benefits from our vendors.
  • How do I update my company information that appears on the PWNA website?
    You can update company information, download logo, add services and insurance information. 1. From the PWNA website click on My Profile 2. If you are not already signed in, you will be asked to sign in. 3. Review company information and save.
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    Please be aware if you cancel your membership, any certifications you have completed will no longer be valid. Your membership fees help keep our education up to date, create new classes and manage our certifications. If you need to cancel, email info@pwna.org or call the office 800-393-7962.
  • How do I print my certificate of completion?
    From the Training Dashboard find the employee. Click on the certificate icon under the specific class you would to print the certificate for. The certificate will be downloaded. Save or print certificate from your computer.
  • How do I assign a class to an employee?
    Enterprise Members Log in on the PWNA website. Click My Online Education button. Click Manage Employees button - add, update or remove an employee if need be. Click Training Dashboard button. Look for Employees name and click Enroll under the course you want to enroll them in. Do not click more than once as it will enroll the employee twice and cause an error. Contractor Members Log in on the PWNA website. Click My Online Education button. Find the class you would like to purchase and choose the number of units you need. One unit per employee. Click checkout in the lower right hand corner. Follow steps 3-5 under Enterprise Members.
  • I am a member, why can't I take a Certification Class?
    Before you can take any certification classes you must complete the pre- requisites. OSHA 1910, DOT, Respirator and Environmental. Contractor Member Purchase the Compliance Package to include all pre-requisites and get a discounted price. or 2. Purchase the courses you are missing individually. 3. Assign the courses to the employee. Enterprise Member Go to the Training Dashboard and enroll the employee in the pre-requisite courses Once the required courses have been completed you will be able to assign any certification classes.
  • How do I watch a class in Group View?
    Enterprise members can watch classes in Group View. Go to the Training Dashboard by clicking on My Online Education button. Find the class you would like to watch. Directly under the "Class Name" click the Monitor icon and begin to watch the class. When you are finished watching the class you will be asked who watched the class. Check all employees who participated. An email will be sent to each employee to complete the test for the class.
  • Do I need to be a PWNA member to take the KEC Compliance exam?
    No you do not need to be a PWNA to take the KEC/NFPA 96 compliance exam.
  • Do I need to take the KEC exam to clean hoods?
    You will need to check with your local fire department/fire marshal to see what is needed in your area.
  • Is the KEC/NFPA 96 certification going to provide technical training?
    No, there is no technical training included. We offer only a compliance exam that covers the standards and regulations behind kitchen exhaust cleaning. Resources to study for the exam can be found here.
